Poem by an Undiscovered Bengali Poet

Through the jongole I am went,
On shooting Tigar I am bent,

Bashtaard Tigar has eaten wife,
No doubt I will avenge poor darling's life,

Too much quiet, snakes and leeches,
But I not fear these sons of beeches,

Hearing loud noise I am jumping with start,
But noise is coming from damn fool's heart,

Taking care not to be fright,
I am clutching rifle tight,

Should Tigar come I will shoot and fall him down,
Then like hero retarn to native town,

Then through trees I am espying one cave,
I am telling self - "Bannerjee be brave",

I am now proceeding with too much care,
From far I smell this Tigar's lair,

My leg shaking, sweat coming, I start pray,
I think I will shoot Tigar some other day,

Tarning around I am going to flee,
But Tigar giving bloody roar spotting Bengalee,

He bounding from cave like footballer Pele,
I run shouting "Kali Ma tumi kothay gele",

Through the jongole I am running,
With Tigar on my tail closer looming,

I am a telling that never in life,
I will take reesk again for my damn fool wife ! !!!!

Thank you...you were there

There were times when i thought people were right,
There were times when i felt i could not fight,
When the pangs made me  weak and i couldn't figure out who to seek.
I knew i had to be strong
Coz i could not do wrong
I knew it would be a while, before i could really smile.
It was then i relied on you
You stood strong for us two.
You brought me to reason added to my life a new season.
A season of trust, a season of faith, no decisions were now made in haste no emotion of mine would ever go waste.
I have seen the worst ,lived through my nightmares first.
Seen that , been there done that
Ego rubbed in brought to mat...
But thanks to you i stand head held high,
Ill never forget what you did till i die ...till i die.

kya bakwaas hai!!!!

Men and women belong to diff planets...god knows why they were put on one planet And why must we forge relationships....Valentine's drama Felt like slapping the idiot who brought this concept to India!!
sad mat ho bandhu...har jeevan mein kasht hain..kuch mein hain kum kuch me zyaada hain; Jis din mood banaa kar baethoge uss din mehphil jaamange, Jis din kahoge sunoge uss din tumhare dohre aayenge
Aaj lagta Nahin batyaana ka mann hai...aaj lagta nahin mehfil mein jamega rang hai
Shabbakhair....khushamdin..alvida...rahe toh kal milenge varna khudha ke ghar se phone karenge

kabhi socha tha

jaaye....Raat aaye to neendon ko manaane me guzar jaaye... Jis ghar me mere naam ki takhti(name plate) bhi nai hai....ek umr usi ghar ko sajane me guzar jaaye..
Kabhi apni hansi par bhi gussa aata hai, kabhi sare jahan ko hasaane ko ji chahta hai, kabhi chupa lete hai gamo ko dilke kisi kone me. kabhi kisiko sab kuch batane ko ji chahta hai.

Musings of a winter night...... i think therefore i am!

A cold winter night exchange-a friend wrote in.....
A warm cup of tea,
and the breeze to accompany
there couldn't be a better setting
for you to saunter, walk in!

Of course we had history,
under the old, large rain tree...
but i wasnt sure if you'd remember
those li'l fires, and after, the embers?

What brings you here anyways?
the embers are long gone, the smoke astray
there'd be but weathered signs
of conflict between the heart and mind!

If all you want to do is
traverse that path shroud in mist -
come, that's what i am upto
and that will make us two!

I have no clue, where we'll go
maybe beyond this shroud, we'll know
what's left of our history -
a spark, embers, a mystery?

where we get to, land or sea
together again - is the key!
let it stay, a mystery -
why dont we rewrite history? :)

I mused back...
[3:26AM, 05/02/2015] ARs: I don't think I'd want History rewritten
Its with the tea I'd much rather be smitten.
History and its lanes are like a labyrinth,
they take me down like Apollo did Hyacinth.
The trajectory of each human creates their own history...new or old is for time to see...for time will always be the key.
The mystery that is history is sometime best left under its own shroud else it gets back to you to hound.
What has gone shall never be back..should never return for it may rock a boat or shake an urn.

So move on ahead is the motto
Talk of brighter tomorrow and forget history's sorrow.
To Each his own .....for each individual needs to charter their course and be their own driving force.

So like i said " yes" to the warm cup of coffee or tea but ill stay away from the me...coz i don't want to go down in history!!!!

answers are within us....or are they???

How many roads must a man walk down
Before you can call him a man?
How many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, how many times must the cannon balls fly
Before they're forever banned?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
Yes, how many years can a mountain exist
Before it's washed to the sea?
Yes, how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free?
Yes, how many times can a man turn his head
Pretending he just doesn't see?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

Yes, how many times must a man look up
Before he can really see the sky?
Yes, how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind.......

So do we ever find the answers?
 Yes we do
How? When?
They're with us all the time,We need to look and act; Our actions are dictated by our expectations....Life doesn't need to live us...we have to live life...its all about the choices we make!
